PGA has approximately 25 staff and two Directors are responsible for the operation of the Practice - Brian Paroissien and Nigel Paroissien. The other Principals of the Practice are Charles (Chas) Shinkfield, Bobby Koroneos, William (Bill) McMahon, and Duncan Hale.
PGA's principal objective is to provide clients with right solutions to their needs through a high degree of professionalism and quality service. We strive to develop long-term relationships with all clients.
At PGA we provide personal attention from senior members of staff, total project management and a high level of technical expertise. The Practice is fully committed to Quality Management through ISO 9001:2015 certification. All technical staff embrace continuing professional development and are members of their respective professional institutions.
Brian Paroissien (Executive Chairman - Director) brianjp@pga.net.au
Brian commenced his professional career as a structural design engineer after graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Eng.). He then moved to construction and civil engineering design prior to establishing the Practice in 1972.
Nigel Paroissien (Managing Director) nigel.paroissien@pga.net.au
Nigel became Managing Director in August 2018, after nearly 17 years with the company. He has gained wide-ranging experience in all areas of the Company and will now focus on growing the business, maintaining client relationships and overseeing projects.
Chas Shinkfield (General Manager - Planning & Development) chas.shinkfield@pga.net.au
Chas has held a number of positions at PGA since joining the Company in 2005. After being Managing Director for nearly 10 years, Chas now heads a new Planning and Development section of the Practice.
Bobby Koroneos (General Manager - Engineering) bobby.koroneos@pga.net.au
Bobby is a civil engineer with over 28 years of private sector experience in residential and industrial land development, commercial development and civil infrastructure. He now manages our engineering teams involved in all aspects of project design and delivery through contract administration.
Bill McMahon (Associate/Senior Project Manager) bill.mcmahon@pga.net.au
Bill's career as a surveyor has seen him assemble great experience in all kinds of surveying activities. He was made an Associate of PGA in 1988 and has undertaken numerous surveys for multi unit developments, computations for subdivisional layouts and he has been project surveyor on many residential housing developments.
Duncan Hale (Associate/Construction Manager) duncan.hale@pga.net.au
Duncan is currently PGA's Senior Construction Manager and has been with the company for over 14 years. During this time he has been Project Manager for a number of residential estates and also the design engineer for several major subdivisions. He is also an amazing golfer!
